Aspirations:
Upon completion of her degree, her immediate desire is to obtain a position as a vice-principal
in an elementary school. She is interested in elementary school because of her love
of children, especially those within this age range. As an administrator, she will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on decisions regarding children
as well as an opportunity to support and nurture the staff. She has a strong belief
that all children can learn given similar opportunities, climates that are conducive to learning, and concepts broken into small enough parts. She believe that she
can and will make a congenial administrator, who works diligently to make positive
differences in the lives of young people.
Her long range plan is to eventually become a principal.
