Hiram Enriquez
Hiram Enriquez is from Havana, Cuba. He worked as an assistant to the editor of
On the Horizon while working towards a Masters in Journalism and Mass
Communication at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Hiram is
currently working for Turner Broadcasting's new Spanish Language Network.

Jonathan Lillie
Jonathan Lillie is a graduate student of Mass Communications at the University of
North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His research interests include the implications of the
Internet for individual and group empowerment, as well as the use of new communication
technologies for development within poor communities throughout the world. Jonathan is
a native of Chapel Hill.
